Privacy policy
Effective date: September 13, 2026
The amended terms take effect on September 20, 2026
What changes: Article 20 (Notifications and notification settings) now also covers notices about your membership status, such as sign-up completion, and notices about how your member grade is calculated or changed. Both follow the same rules as order-progress notices and can be switched off item by item in the notification settings on My Page. Because your member grade changes how fees are calculated — shipping discount rates and agency commission rates — the grade notice is a notice of a change in trading terms; even if you switch it off, your current grade and the criteria applied remain visible on My Page. The Privacy Policy reflects both notices as well: the purpose of use for the collected items, the outsourced work, and which delivery records are retained. In addition, messenger services such as WhatsApp were added to the notification channels in Article 20, and a new Article 21 (Store credit and international wire top-ups) was created: store credit is a prepaid service fee held by the Company and applied to your service charges; when you top up by international wire (SWIFT), the amount that actually arrives may be less than the amount we quoted because of intermediary bank fees and similar charges. In that case the Company first credits the quoted amount and then posts a subsequent correcting (deduction) entry for the difference against the amount actually received, which you can see in your store credit history. A correction may leave your balance short, and the shortfall is settled on your next top-up or payment.
Until that date the current version applies. If you keep using the service after it takes effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the change.
1. Personal data we collect
[Provided directly] At sign-up we collect your ID, password and email; when you use the Services we additionally collect the recipient's name, phone number, address and personal customs code, and enquiries include your name, contact details and message. [Collected automatically] Access records (IP address, browser and device information, visit time) and cookies may be generated and collected while you use the Services. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are processed directly by the payment provider and are not stored by the Company.
2. Why we collect and use it
We use the data only to identify and verify members, provide the forwarding, purchasing and payment services, complete customs procedures, settle and bill fees, answer enquiries, run group buying and its settlement, and analyse statistics to improve the Services.
3. How long we keep it
Personal data is destroyed without delay when you close your account, except where retention is required by law: records of contracts and withdrawal 5 years; records of payment and supply 5 years; records of consumer complaints and dispute handling 3 years; access records under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act 3 months.
4. Sharing with third parties
As a rule the Company does not share personal data externally, with these exceptions: ① provision to customs and related authorities for clearance; ② recipient details provided to carriers for delivery; ③ your prior consent; ④ requirements of law or lawful requests by investigative agencies; ⑤ business transfer or merger (with prior notice).
5. Outsourcing of processing
The Company entrusts the following work to outside providers: cloud infrastructure and data storage (hosting and database providers), operation of overseas logistics centres (receiving, inspection, packing), payment processing (payment gateway), and notification delivery (messaging providers). Contracts require compliance with privacy law, prohibit use beyond the stated purpose, restrict re-outsourcing, and are supervised by the Company.
6. Cookies and automatically collected data
We may use cookies and access records to keep you signed in, remember language settings and analyse service usage. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features such as sign-in may then be limited.
7. How we keep personal data safe
We protect personal data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), one-way hashing of passwords, minimised access rights with access control, and retention of access logs with tamper protection. If a breach occurs, we notify affected users without delay and take the measures required by law.
8. Overseas transfer of personal data
Because this is a cross-border forwarding service, the minimum information needed for customs and delivery (recipient name, address, phone number, personal customs code) may be provided to local logistics operators, carriers and the customs authority of the country concerned, and personal data may be stored on overseas servers through our cloud infrastructure. Transfers are limited to the service purpose, and we take the steps needed to ensure recipients handle the data safely.
9. Children's personal data
We do not collect personal data from children under 14 and destroy such data without delay if found. Given the requirements for issuing a personal customs code, the Services are intended for users who can obtain one.
10. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may view and correct your personal data at any time, withdraw consent (close your account) and request suspension of processing, via the in-service settings or support (070-7954-9428); we respond without delay. For reports or counselling on privacy infringement, contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, dial 118 in Korea).
11. Privacy officer and changes to this policy
The Company designates a privacy officer responsible for personal data processing; enquiries are accepted through support (070-7954-9428) or the contact form. Changes to this policy are announced in the notices at least 7 days before they take effect.
